I feel like this Summer has been so busy that I haven't had the time to take all the pictures I want.

Oh, well. . . such is life, I guess.

But I did want to post these DARLING pictures that I took a little while back.

I took newborn pictures for this little sweet pea and now look at her.... they grow up way too fast.

I love when you meet people and think:

How could you not want to be friends with them, just look at them!!

They are as fun as they look! Trust me!

I have a handful of friends that I want to come dress me and do my hair every day

And Hayley is one of them. LOVE her outfits. . . everyday.

I also want to steal her smile and her hair. Just hand it over girl!

My little girl is totally in love with their little one! It's darling!

When we took these pictures it was probably 20 degrees outside,

NO that's not a typo. . . I said 20 DEGREES!! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

They were awesome and it only took about 17ish minutes to get a ton of GREAT pictures!

I keep forgetting about this blog.

I'm not sure why. I love it and I have TONS of darling pictures to post.

My handsome brother and his beautiful wife let me drag them around to practice wedding pictures!
They are so nice to me! Yeah, these were taken almost a year after they actually got married.
But they got all dress up on a HOT day in August and we had a ball.
I may be a little biased but I think they are the cutest couple EVER!

I've done pictures for these guys a couple of times and I have to say that it is so much fun to watch families change through the pictures I've taken.

Kids change to fast, it's hard to keep up.

I love that pictures can freeze a point in time so we don't forget how little they once were.

This picture made me want a sister.

How darling are these two?!

It just made me really want that fun, sisterly bond.

Not that I don't totally adore my brothers!! How could you not? I mean, look at them (totally handsome guys pictured below!). . . yeah, and sorry for the really old wedding picture guys. . . but it was the only picture that I could find of the four of us where someone wasn't doing something totally ridiculous or off color. ha ha ha!

Anyways, tonight I think sisters are cute.

This has become one of my most favorite places to take pictures.

In all the random farm stuff behind my in law's house up in good old Driggs, Idaho!

I'm bummed about two things.

One: I can't get these pictures in the right order for some reason, annoying.

Two: These guys lived right by me for I don't even know how long and I didn't even get to know them, AT ALL! We just moved and we don't live close anymore. That's what I get for being a hermit sometimes.

A good friend of ours MADE this darling little quilt for Audrey.

I'm in love with all the fun, bright colors. So I thought we'd use it as a colorful background.

Taking pictures of my own kids is so frustrating sometimes. . . anyone else feel that way? ;-)

Yes, she's smiling with her eyes closed. . .nice.

And yes, the little one is covered in spit bubbles that I didn't feel like fixing.

And actually those two little imperfections in the picture have grown on me and make me laugh!

I am so lucky to have close friends around me.

I'm grateful for one friend in particular right now. My dear friend Nicole.

We spent a WHOLE summer a few years old working at at Fishing Lodge in Last Chance, ID.

Yes, that is a real place, I'm not making that up.

We did EVERYTHING together and documented most of it. . . this was back before I had a digital camera. Weird.

We did stuff like this:

Nicole may be the only one laughing at these memories that I'm posting. . . or she may want to kill me for posting a picture of us lounging around eating oreos in bed, while watching Ice Age. ha ha ha!

Either way, I'm so thankful that I got to know her so well and that we have kept in touch.

What a beautiful place to spend a summer, eh?!

I'm not one to "step out of the box" by myself. . . I most of the time have to be nudged. . . well, actually shoved. ha ha ha! And Nicole did just that recently. She is starting a cute little etsy.com craft boutique and asked me to make a logo for her to use on the site. YIKES. . .it made me really nervous.

I'm not artsy like that. But I gave it a try . . . only because my good friend thought I could do it.

AND, I ended up having so much fun and getting really addicted to it!!

Whenever I take pictures for someone I end up spending a lot of time looking over all the pictures.

So, I see these smiley, happy people every day and begin to believe that we are really GREAT friends in real life! HA HA HA! It's funny to think about. I've been trying to play around more in photoshop, just for fun . . . . even though sometimes it can make me crazy because I can't make things look quite like I picture them in my head. Ha ha ha! Practice, practice, practice. Here's a picture I took a few weeks ago of the Logan temple. I tried to give it the look of an old photograph. I blew this whole thing up to a 16 x 20 and it's hanging in my kitchen now.What do you think?!I love it! :-)

Another little one year old. . . . so fun! He was not too thrilled that I was shoving a camera in his face. But, he's still handsome as can be. He does a great little model face, wouldn't you say?! And his mother is a genius and brought these big, bright balloons! Love them! I want balloons in every picture now. Big brother even got in a few shots near the end! Ha ha ha! He cracks me up!
